Best in Atlanta. Period. Consummate Professional. Hungry. Self-starter. She has worked on two transactions of mine. The first was a plain vanilla, straight forward, easy transaction. The second had some hair on it. It was a difficult market where we were on the wrong side, trying to sell a property in a less than favorable environment. Once we found a buyer at an agreeable price, it was a difficult person with which to deal, and required some extra legal steps.
